Here is a fascinating infographic from the people at the rifle scopes website called Sightmark that provides information about the longest recorded sniper shots of all time including when they happened and the countries where the shots were made as well as things to compare the distances to. Check out this excellent design to learn about the longest ever sniper shots such as the 3,800 metre shot by Viacheslav Kovalskyi in November 2023, the 3,540 metre shot made by a JTF 2 sniper in May 2017, the 2,815 metre shot by a 2nd Commando Regiment sniper in April 2012 and the 2,710 metre shot made by a Ukrainian National Guard sniper in November 2022.
